Toby runs Moa Catering, a Santa Fe-based catering company. It has been operating since 1998. Moa serves "border-less cuisine" - creating menus influenced by all cuisines of the world. Our menus are eclectic, innovative, and delicious! We cater to all types of events from formal to casual for both corporate and private functions.
